“Audio log continued. Why is it that everything I find about Coral Grove just raises more questions? Like, why does Brandy have this pamphlet, and if Mr. Wurst really is there on vacation, why is Barrage being all suspicious about it?”
Prior to Series startEdit
Both of Tina's parents are considerably geniuses, although she did not inherit her family's intellect, unlike her little sister Ruby Kwee. Tina has gone to school with Lee Ping since at least fifth grade, and has been Lee's crush ever since. She secretly has felt the same about him. Further more, Lee Ping's attempts to avoid her, both due to her responsibilities as a reporter interfering with his investigations and because he fears she doesn't reciprocate his feelings and his seemingly romantic relationship with Brandy Silver all lead her to the conclusion that he doesn't like her.
She appears at various social events in order to get the story before her fellow news anchor and rival Chaz Monerainian. Another one of her rivals is Brandy Silver, even more so then Chaz; like Chaz Brandy will take any opportunity she can to make Tina's life miserable such as completely destroying Tina's version of the school play.
Additionally their mutual romantic interest in Lee Ping is a subject of intense debate between the two, at one point coming to blows. She also has a poor relationship with Principal General Barrage, her freedom of expressing ideas contrasting with his strict military code. A recurring pun is her attempts to get an interview with Lee constantly failing as Lee simply has no time for it. Unlike others at the Prank she was more or less excited than panicked, asking Stepak "Are you getting this? Are you getting this? Tell me you're getting this!".
She's also investigating the disappearance of Principal Wurst and other A. Nigma high staff which she has learned are connected to Principal General Barrage and a cult based out of the Faux resort town Coral Grove, though it's implied that the hypnotic effects of the Prank music, combined with a comment by Lee, have made her forget about what she found out. Tiring of Lee's constant excuses she eventually excepted an invitation to the mall for a date by Bradley Von Chillstein. At the mall an even larger rift was put between Lee and Tina when Brandy's attempt to breakup Tina and Brad resulted in Brad's hair being bleached, with Tina ending up believing Lee was responsible.
During Brad's pool party, Lee was able to repair his friendship with Tina by getting her back into Brad's good books and by extension his own. Unfortunately this also backfires for Lee as his crush is now going out with one of the most popular guys in the school. Tina and Brad's relationship grew even closer during the Berzerk Cleaner Incidient where Brad led the other students to safety, though Tina acknowledged Lee was responsible for saving everyone.
Tina and Brad together proposed the Save the Rainforest theme during the theme picking contest and ended up winning it due to brainwashing performed by Vice Principal Victoria's brainwashing experiment. Later while Prepping for the dance with Brad, Tina realized that the "new" student (Lynch Webber) was involved in a brainwashing plot.
Tina was devastated to learn that Lee was expelled from A. Nigma High and went to his house for an explanation. When she arrived Lee explained the entire conspiracy to her and taking into consideration what she already knew about Lynch, Lee figured out his plans and went back to the School to stop the plot. After Joining Lee in the underground labs, Tina helped with stopping Lynch, but he ultimately got away with the rest of the school brainwashed at the dance.
Joining Lee at the dance, she worked the controls, with her fingers in her ears, for the prank music causing control to switch back and forth between her and Veronica Victoria, eventually resulting in all the phones being smashed and the students freed of their brainwashing. Victoria was taken away by The Council and the Council Leader brain washed all the students into forgetting the conspiracy. Tina was affected but despite losing her memory she knew something just happened, Lee offered to explain it to her later but for now asking her to the dance to which she accepted.
After Lee is un-expelled Tina soon enters a equally antagonistic relationship with the new Principal Phil Blompkins particularly over his obsession with clogs and forcing them on the student body. Thankfully he is ousted as insane and ejected as Principal. Tina also began taking a active role in Lee's investigation both seeking the story he promised her and looking to get closer to him, particularly after he begins showing a interest in Jenny Jerkins.
After Barrage is reinstated Tina re-engages their disdain for one another when he begins building a fence around the school, going so far as to Help organize a protest. Tina also enters a friendlier rivalry with Jenny for Lee's affections able to reluctantly work together and make semi-friendly bets with each other. During the time of the eclipse Tina was taken down and crystalized early on and for the most part remained inactive.
Tina continues to research the Book with Jenny Jerkins. Furthermore, when Lee was finally able to admit his feelings for Tina, a sadly tearful Tina was not able to reciprocate Lee's feelings towards her because of a pact she made with Jenny not to date Lee for the sake of their friendship.
Tina continues to aid Lee as he told her about the Serpent. Tina told him about Jenny's new mysterious boyfriend, and they find out it's the Serpent. The Serpent was dating Jenny just to steal the Book from her under orders from the Council. He left Jenny behind in a forest, and Jenny had to call Tina. Tina comforted Jenny saying that she will contact her parents to pick her up.
Later on in the episode Mummy Ping and the Snake Man of Evil, Principal Wurst calls Tina into his office to discuss Coral Grove. He pretends to act nice towards Tina as he listens to her findings, however Tina doesn't see Principal Wurst has secretly pushed a hidden button to signal a Hazmat to come to his office to take Tina away, as she wouldn't stop asking questions. Tina was then pushed into a MWF truck and was later joined by Jenny Jerkins.
In the episode From Bad To Wurst, Tina and Jenny were in separate rooms being interrogated by the Principal Wurst clones with special lie detectors. Both Tina and Jenny were imprisoned because they did not give the Council the proper information that they needed. After being questioned, they were put in the cells.
They were later reunited when Lee Ping and his friends came to rescue them, however, a security alarm activates, trapping all of them together. They manage to break out when dinner comes.
In Mannifestum Rising, Tina hugs Lee for looking out for her and Jenny. Suddenly, the gang sees Lynch Webber, who was awakened by Finnwich to get Lee, but the gang use him as a distraction and try to make back to the submarine to return to A. Nigma High. Unfortunately, Lynch turns the submarine around to bring them back to Coral Grove, and blackmails them into staying, telling Lee that his real mom is imprisoned in Coral Grove's cloning labs. Though angry, they agree to stay and find Lee's mom.
The gang soon caused mayhem at Coral Grove in the finale episode by using a variety of crystallizing guns and rescuing Lee's mother in the process. However, Tina remains behind to guard Lynch, who they don't trust. After reuniting once more with the others, they follow Lynch to Finnwich. Surprisingly, Finnwich attempts to kill Lee and himself because they know too much. Finnwich is stopped by the Council Leader, who is later interrupted by Cassandra and Kimmie McAdams. The gang finally defeat Cassandra after Kimmie crystallizes her own mother. At the seemignly end of cospiracy, Tina and Lee finally share their first kiss.
Tina is a competitive compassionate individual. She has a passion for telling the truth and is determined to get it. Despite the confident front she puts up on the camera, Tina is a naturally shy and insecure girl, especially when it comes to expressing or explaining her own emotions. However surprisingly, Tina also has a rather nasty and fiery temper when pushed to the edge as seen with her fights with Chaz, Brandy or Jenny. Unlike most students of A.Nigma high Tina got used to doing her research on everything she does, be it school news or the whole conspiracy. She has great investigatory skills and, just like Lee Ping, is ever determined to get to the bottom of the truth whatever the cost. Tina constantly questions things she's being told and doesn't believe in anything right away before she makes sure people were honest with her. She appreciates unflattering honest individuals like herself, but is still especially bashful and grateful when others compliment her in any way.

Chaz Monerainian - Chaz and Tina, despite being the two news anchors of the school, do not get along well, as, even from the first day of school, Chaz is always trying to "out-scoop" her.
Camillio Esmereldo Martinez - Cam and Tina worked together in "Math Math Revolution" to uncover who the email address radcircles@ANigma belonged to. In order to do so, they snuck into the school servers and hacked the system. With their teamwork they discovered that the account belonged to the Principal Wurst. Cam also bugged Tina for answers to a math test in The Down With Lee Club , and she eventually gave in and helped him, suggesting they have a decent friendship.
Brandy Silver - There is clear conflict between Tina and Brandy over their relationship with Lee Ping. Brandy has insulted Tina multiple times and has accused Tina of attempting to steal Lee from her. Since Brandy has broken up with Lee in favour with a relationship with Camillio some of these tensions may have been relieved.
Jenny Jerkins - Initally, she seemed hostile to her because she thought she wanted a relationship with Lee, but since Corndog Day Afternoon, they seem to have become friends. However, later on Jenny made a pact with Tina stating that neither of them would ever pursue or date Lee. Unfortunately, after the pact was made, Lee professed his love for Tina but she rejected him. That left both Lee and herself heartbroken. Tina did not inform Jenny of any of this. Despite her previous ignorance, Jenny realised that Lee and Tina really do like each other and she apologised to both of them separately for being in the way of their relationship. She broke the pact they made, and in a roundabout way, got them together.
Family - not much is known about her relationship with her family, but Irwin announced (in an off hand topic) that Tina comes from a family of geniuses and he speculates that they are not as proud of her as they are of her sister Ruby. Tina was annoyed by this comment, suggesting that she may feel a bit inferior to her family. At the same time, she is close with her sister, going out of her way to clear her name. Ruby likewise respects her sister despite having a higher IQ, implying an amiable relationship between the two.
- "Are you naturally this horrible or do you work really hard on it?"
- "There's just one thing I don't like about this girl: everything"
- "Actually, it's a school, which totally qualifies as a 'book-reading center'." - "Clogspiracy"
“A TV anchor for the A. Nigma High school news, Tina's a goody two-shoes, hard-hitting investigative journalist with a lean toward sticking up for student rights. She's also good at getting to the bottom of things. Tina and Lee have an unresolved crush, but are too shy to admit it. But the biggest scoop in school news right now is the prank, and investigating it may draw them even closer.”
- Almost everyone at A. Nigma High that Lee knows is accused or is at least discovered to have done part of the prank. The only one Lee knows who is not accused is Tina.
- Tina did not discover Lee's innocence in the prank until the end of Season 2 during The Dance Part 2.
- Tina has a picture of Lee that is used for her desktop wallpaper, as seen in Revenge of the Cycle Killers.
