Toni Williams is a student attending A. Nigma High and the leader of the cheerleaders. When Vice Principal Victoria and Radcircles carried a plan to try hypnotizing people into doing things against their will, Toni was a subject of their plan, and was hypnotized to go to the dance with the current School President, Camillio Martinez. Because of her relationship with Cam, she rivals Brandy Silver, who also has a crush on Cam. It is unknown if she actually has a crush on Cam, or only acted like she did due to being hypnotized.
